I agree they would not be considered employees at all, and if they were I would assure you that there is way more than 5001 direct marketers! MLM companies are much much bigger than that! MLM direct marketers are not employees! Iam very familiar with several MLM companies and have been involved with several here in the US an non of them are set up to report they're marketers as employees either!
