High chance of APT fins on or before the 11th.
It is evident APT rushed the merger for a reason. Could it be because they were merging with a "non shell" company and would have to resume all of the public companies filling responsibility?
I would bet yes.

NT 10K: The subject annual report, semi-annual report, transition report on Form 10-K, Form 20-F, Form 11-K, Form N-SAR or Form N-CSR, or portion thereof, will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date

Also isn't FROZ FRIDAYS for real? The answer is yes.

Correct if I'm wrong, but it seems from what I've read that after a reverse merger the the private company resumes all filing responsibilities from the public company. And since we haven't seen any financials yet it's safe to say that froz didn't qualify as a "shell" company. So since they don't fall under the 4 day requirement for financials wouldn't that mean they must assume the responsibility of FROZ filings when they filed a NT-10k on March 27. From what I read NT-10k is a 15day extension , so doesnt that mean we be getting financials on the 11th which is this Friday. It seems to fit the timing of their 8ks every Friday after hours . I saw someone say they have 30 days after a reverse merger if not a shell company please show me where I can find this information thanks !!
