(PINK OTC: ORFG) ("Orofino Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company's Board of Directors have unanimously approved appointment of Michael James, P.Geo to the Board of Directors of Bakken Energy Corp. Mr. James brings Professional a very valuable experience to the Company's new plan of direction and pursue the existing course of action.
