I highly agree, strongly feel ELRA will stay above .01, also strongly think we will see it back up in the .04's .05's soon enough. Sure there is dilution and I can't say when that will stop but what I do go by is charts and the last time ELRA took a dip like this it went on a great run for awhile. No worries here.
