He is referring to the pattern that forms a U shaped bottom and then consolidates for a week or two before a breakout.

MDNT chart is textbook cup and handle.

This pattern would be confirmed with a break of .034 on heavy volume. If this pattern is confirmed, then I will be expecting a run to .06 or so. That run will happen in very short time if pattern is confirmed.
