Fracked my final post on this board !!!!!
I apologize if i made it sound like i would really waste my time and money to photocopy already terrible at best documents which try to represent the company dealings.
They were at best the most non professional documents
then to include the nationally newspaper from Ventura as i think Ellsworth put it

Then to have newspaper clippings really ( Mr Simpson)
But the biggest kicker comes when you say Kreiger the Panik lawyer disputes that the merger did happen.
!!!!

Okay But how does a party who is not party to the original contract sign an addendum.
So its the second -assignment in the addendum
First of all an assignment would have to be made
I mean this is not an assignment because it would have to be signed by DFI to assign to DFMI and it didn't do that right
