I have seen some posts that are Negative on the APRU/RSHN deal and saying it wont go through or is bad on the boards today. I do NOT think it is Taking too long I Expected to take this amount of time at the least. Also If it goes through that means its a GREAT Deal LVVV Picked it up for Less than 8% of the current market price from the numbers I have seen.

I am sure anyone who has been here awhile knows I did not like ALL of the deal to begin with and was vocal about that. However I DO see the Value to this deal and Believe that Paying next to nothing this deal will be AWESOME for LVVV.

When your Buying A company with as much Baggage as APRU I would NOT Consider a Month to be a LONG time. Not only does Tony have to clean up Years worth of books which seems most of the way done from the postings we saw. They must also work out Debt deals with the Noteholders.

I have said this from the beginning and it is NOT a quick and Painless process and May even take Many months to complete However... Look at the ADIA deal it has been going on for about a Year and it is not even finalized yet. I hope the APRU deal will be worked past much faster however at the Price Paid by LVVV it really does not matter LVVV got a steal! Once these deals are all rolled up and producing all cylinders will be running..


ONE LVVV Share owns 85 Shares of APRU Stock as a Asset Value as well
That is about .10 to .12 cents in EXTRA added asset value for LVVV right there at this time!
