They have the patent rights to a fuel cell design. There was one prototype produced about 8 years ago that strangely looked like a PACman game unit
They were being sued by ReliOn because they thought Hydro looked a lot like their patent. In the end they could not prove there was intent to steal the ReliOn design by Hydro, or it would be too costly to pursue and dropped the case and went on to become a very successful hydrogen fuel cell maker and distributor
