They sent me a direct email stating that there will come a time there will be a cap? When have they denied there is no cap? I posted this on the forum for all to see. All it means is they can increase with out a vote or notice.

They've stated the name of company hired to audit and how it was paid for. So yeah you can't prove it until it's posted but seriously what else do you want? If they don't deliver than this is worthless but so far first step they came through. Albeit a botched and confusing roll out.

This is a pink sheet stock so everything isn't "verifiable" all the time I'm confused as to what your exact point is. They certainly provide investors with much more information than I've seen on many others.
