I’ve been in Reverse merger plays for along time. They take..a..long…time! I didn’t play this particular one because I don’t like to see the Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) or Skull and Crossbones on the OTC website, and usually the fillings will have more information. That said, waiting for more information to be filed from these guys for reasons mentioned above before I will buying. Peoples DD posts are not enough intel for me to enter.

Usually RM’s go into clean shell companies or ones that are up listed to QX or QB nowadays. There have been Pinks (clean ones in the past), GWAY for example. But! The SEC has been hard on RM shell companies in the past few years due to lack of information.

Lets hope this turns out for all!
