Which picture is it exactly that proves there is no mining being done? The first picture looks like he is watching out of the corner of his eye just incase someone shows up with a gun! He has his tire salesman shirt on. Is he there to sell tires or to change them? In the 3rd picture he is standing next to a sign that clearly states the property belongs to someone else. If I took possession of a property I certainly wouldn't leave a sign up from the previous tenant! Hmmmm maybe it's not his to take down!
