I can't help but remember a comment made by JN a month or so ago regarding the PPS of Sol-rcity that they were fortunate to have investors taking the PPS quite a bit higher that what it should be trading for. I also remember JN saying he wanted to do things the right way compared to what some other solar companies had done in past. Looks like a rather large correction is taking place over there due to some inaccurate accounting shared with investors. I trust JN is very aware of never getting us into a similar situation here.
