More of a wish than a hunch LOL.

But if you have to do a RS why not wait until after Judge hands down his ruling? They would be informed in advance by the court of an expected ruling and we have to be close to a ruling by now.

By my count all documents required by the court (not including Tag-alongs) have be submitted, now its wait and see.

Price could increase and the RS wouln't hurt as bad if at all :)
