Custody Service allows for recording change in beneficial ownership, depending on the broker they may report such worthless security write offs as they see fit for market price. That doesn't mean the shares were purchased at that price per share, it is simply a record of the number of shares changing beneficial ownership. The Global Lock will never be removed here... ever.. This shell has no recourse to get it removed under new SEC and DTCC Service Restriction processes.

It will eventually be deleted for inactivity, which FINRA is currently cleaning out the Grey Market out currently of such inactive tickers and will move into the Pinks to do the same.
