Frank, that is a misrepresentation. The pr clearly says BKMP owns 20% of Blackout Comm. which owns TFN....it's pretty simple and I do not have any trouble reading and/or comprending that. I read it and I understand it. You added your speculation of backroom variables and it is obviously agenda driven. You refuse to answer simple questions and choose rather to attempt to cloud facts pr'ed in black and white with speculatory innuendo. You're right you don't know if there are any "internal arrangements" but you do know that BKMP owns 20% of Blackout Comm., which owns TFN, as pr'ed. There is nothing "circular" about it, it's pretty linear as a matter of fact. How is your reading comprehension? How are your math and logic skills. Remember this from 10th grade....

Tim owns 20% of everything Frank owns....
Tim owns 20% of Franks marbles.
That means two things,
You've lost "some" of your marbles and I own 20% of them.
