I was curious to find out what the heck was going on directly from the horses mouth. So I emailed investor relations. I will be holding every single last of my shares.

Dear XXXXXX,

The health show cancellation was due to the administrators of the show requiring approval of our website and wanting ingredients to our products to make certain that we did not have any drugs within any of our products. Unforutunately our new website took much longer to get live than we had expected.

Our partners in Mexico at BMV medica are very close to sourcing out both a distributor and a manufacturing partner which are both in mexico that would allow our products to be marketed and sold. Presently we are making applications to health canada to have our products sold in Canada. Once approved we would then be able to start initially selling the products on our website. We are having consultants and other partners inquire about what applications or approvals are needed to have our products sold in the United states, if any. Once we get these issues dealt with and BMV medica sources out manufacturing partners We can then start our marketing program for our OTC products but we cannott do this until all regulatory hurdles are dealt with.

As we have previously stated, Xilive is an early stage cancer drug and is not FDA approved. Prior to any clinical trials, the company wants to sort out its patents and to make certain it is patentable. Once we get a confirmation this information will be made public. This was on our previous press releases.
