I've done DD and am only waiting for those notes to go away.

Again, the continued one-sided analysis that only notes are dilutive. I suppose if we all cross our fingers and keep brushing it under the carpet and hide it from new investors, then any restricted stock issued will never unlock and will forever be non-dilutive...

The fuss going on here is enough to make a grown man sick.

What makes everyone sick is when allegedly grown men like JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his core of criminal promoters break the law and lie, cheat, and steal in order to stick their hands into the pockets of unsuspecting innocent people. I'm sure you would feel differently if it was a family member who lost his/her life savings because of con men like ZAMPETTI... ...but maybe you wouldn't, considering that you were also encouraging investors to hold and not sell or de-risk during the aftermath of the P&D last summer when you were touting .38 as being "rock bottom prices":

But you are correct, the substance of all this "fuss" has apparently made many grown men and women sick -- grown men and women at the SEC who apparently got sick enough of scum like JOSEPH ZAMPETTI that they enacted Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 to criminalize the exact behavior that ZAMPETTI and many of his mindless fellow paid promoters has been engaging in.

We all invest in our own best interest and push the buy button. Why this argument about this guy or that guy is immature one should pay attention to what's happening on their side of the fence.

Here we go again. Is this all that JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his talking puppetheads have left? First, it was outright lies last summer about them not being promoters and how SCRC was not undergoing any promotion. Then, when the SEC filings came out and proved that they were indeed paid promoters, the story was "Well, we won't sell our stock, we promise" even though the sp tanked immediately following several major unlocking tranches. Now it's "Well, it's your own fault if you believed us and bought SCRC stock."

So if your not long or somewhat long take your profit when your ready and be gone and please don't criticize others for believing in what they put their money on

I am long SCRC and I know that many loyal shareholders have suffered because of the carnage that JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his moron puppets have wrought onto the sp. And until CEO Bob climbs out of bed with these criminals, the sp will never be free to behave naturally. And no one is criticizing anyone for believing whatever story they want; the only criticism being levied is against the swarm of promoting cockroaches that have infested SCRC...
