Yup, especially when considering HDY can't spend the restricted cash (it's held in an escrow account pending the outcome of the AGR lawsuit), and also considering HDY is already below listing standards (Market Cap and Shareholders equity both below $50M).

It can turn on a dime with a PR announcing a successful resoluton of the FM, but I would definitely agree that the risk side of the high risk/high reward has increased dramatically of late.
