All righty then....
Let's guess at a possible outcome here.
Suppose I was to invest a theoretical 1000 bucks here, at .0002(or .0001 if I'm lucky)....
That would be either 5 million shares, or 10 million shares, before the divi cutoff date....
Let's suppose that the initial investment becomes worthless, at a value of .0001, and goes nowhere, or even goes through a hideous reverse split, leading to no value(again)......
Then, I get the divi, of worthless preferred shares(if they hold true to their word)....
I wait, and find that it will cost me some 500ish bucks, to cash in on the restricted shares(if they even allow such)....
Meanwhile, the restricted shares drop in value, from .20, to well under .01(let's say)....
Where does that leave me?
Wondering what happened?

There's just too many "ifs", to my above scenario....
What say some of you?
