Yes... By selling shares with very misleading PR's and fraud by omission of key facts.

How about the claim and the report of oil that was supposedly produced in LA only to have the production numbers retracted a month latter?

And now a claim of millions in unknown property that looks to be worth nothing near that...

This Vince guy is a liar and wouldn't trust him any farther than he could be thrown... I also believe that Todd Violette is still involved and the man behind the curtain.
