That has been crystal clear for quite some time now...
That's super. Good for you, pipe...
Funny, the definition that is being touted as the "ground floor" seems to keep changing over time; this lure has been used even when the sp was in the .20's and .30's, not just during Q4'13 and Q4'14, but also during the early stages of the P&D last summer. This SCRC building seems to be constructed like the "Hive" from the Resident Evil movies where the ground floor is actually much closer to the top than the bottom due to numerous below-ground basement levels that were not disclosed to unwitting retail investors...
If you read my posts carefully, it is rather evident that I have clearly stated on many many occassions that there is an "inner" Core; in addition, I have clearly utilized phrases such as "those members of the Core who received shares". If you are not one of these members who received shares, then you are not being described by me in my posts.
But to suggest that those who knowingly thumb their noses at federal laws are NOT criminals, well, that line of argument is not even worth responding to... ...but it is quite telling that someone would even try to raise such an argument...
Obviously, not you or any of JOSEPH ZAMPETTI's criminal core of savvy non-disclosing promoters.
Boy, this sounds familiar. Just like the dismissal of my posts during Q4 when I raised the issue of dilution from both financiers (such as GEM and Ironridge, to name but two) as well as the paid promoters when their restricted stock unlocked and became free-trading: Not worried! Ironridge is friendly! You are just trying to scare people so you can get cheap shares! Those who hold will be rewarded!
How has that worked out?
It's a good thing I've never suggested that no one should NOT invest in SCRC! Once again, if you take the time and read my body of posts, I have ALWAYS posted about the importance of entry and exit points. And the ONLY thing that I have ever advised was to "wait and see" how the dilution plays itself out, and to de-risk when opportunities present themselves. And in this regard, I have provided many many reasons why the timing of buying into SCRC over the past 6 months has been terrible -- in spite of all the posts to the contrary by the Core. And as I mentioned in a reply to martin33 earlier today, the ledgers of those who heeded my warnings are much much healthier than the ledgers of those whom the Core lured into buying NOW, adding MORE, and HOLDING forever w/o selling or trading to de-risk.
