It makes sense to me that he is essentially saying that Elite is valued at $2.10 - $2.75 based on a top secret valuation issued by phantom evaluation company but that he is not a liberty to reveal the evaluator or what was said in the evaluation. A very comfortable "trust me" statement I would think.

It is never too late to admit one has been wrong, to apologize, to forgive, and to enjoy life.
