This is a reliable source?

Cerner currently has no long term plans to roll out our PHR to this group or vice versa

Do you think that means there is also no possibility at a joined PHR?

I've said in the past that MMR's PHR isn't the greatest. I've also said that there is no PHR that is the greatest. If it was then we would probably all have one by now.

What's great about MMR is its ability to attach to any EMR or PHR.

If this continues to be a Cerner PHR but now has added MMR capabilities (secondary passwords, faxing, telehealth, uploaded information from patient and doctor, $1M insurance policy, family access, etc)......we could also look at this as a very good PHR which could be sold to the market instead of a sole hospital which uses a Cerner EMR. It would give Cerner more exposure on their PHR and give them the ability to make some money off of their PHR and not just their EMR. There must be something beneficial from this deal besides an exchange of money and patents.
