Out of curiosity what do you consider a High CBD Low THC Oil?
A medical marijuana product with healing properties or just a supplement?
Keep in mind that children with acute epilepsy having hundreds of seizures a week have reduced their seizure experiences to less than a dozen per week by taking CBD Oil without the drowsy side effects of prescription medication that only works after a seizure has started & doesn't help to prevent one.
