Buddy you jut opened up an acct and decided to tell all of us that have been here that this is a scam when you clearly have not done any of your own investigation of the company! Just because there is negative board marks on here doesn't mean a thing they are people just like you that are trying to get cheaper shares and devalue the company by making unknown remarks! Do a little digging with what your saying and honestly figure it out on your own!
