we have all seen that posted several times
??? they have provided notice to the town of lakeshore.......
That part of their statement means nothing... NOTHING!

What was the response from the town of Lakeshore to this Notice?

Provide all the "notice" to what ever level of govt they desire.... it means nothing! I can give notice to Newyork City that I am going to Grow MJ in Central Park.... that does not mean they are going to allow me to do it.

Go ask them why they are not answering this specific and simple question FOR THE RECORD

" Does CEN have the approval from lakeshore / winsor to grow marijuana in the facility now under construction at the lakeshore site?...."

The anser is Yes or NO..... after you discover for yourself that they simply will not answer this question..... Ask them WHY they wont answer this simple question.
