If you go here: http://portal.uspto.gov/pair/PublicPair

After entering the security code and logged into the USPTO website, enter 12/506,045

This is the patent application number and it is checked as the default. The patent number is 8,380,176

The publication date in the USPTO Gazette is 2-19-13.

Here are the two named inventors:

Name Address
MIKE ADLER Dallas, TX (US)
RUSSELL SPIESSER Queensland, (AU)

Aside from this, the software engineers updating the IP are hired out. Mr Day is, simply put, the lead behind the company, but not the techy guy who developed the product. The accuracy of my statement can be disputed, but that is my take.

I'm very much involved with another company not only as a stockholder, but follow the patent application process and what takes place after the IP patent is granted, then the time it takes to market it, gain interest and result in licensing agreements.

It is not unusual to take 18 to 36 months before seeing any revenue from an invention...we are at 14 months.

As I understand it, the software upgrade is extensive and appears "continuation patents" have been filed. These applications are also called "add ons and child" benefiting the lead patent.

In general, investors in this stock or any other start up, expect the timelines to be much sooner than is practical, when in reality, this is very normal to be taking as long as it is.

What is important here, when the product is launched it is right the 1st time. No bugs, no flaws, get it right via extensive testing. The last thing WBSI needs is to put the product out there before it is virtually perfect from the get go.

On all the above, I can wait.
