Yes, almost 18 years since that news release on the new deal between Iterated and TMM. The new deal stated in numerous places that it replaced EVERY preceding licensing deal between them that might still be in place.

Then, TMM defaulted on this new deal as memorialized in the December, 1996 letters between the Iterated lawyers and the TMM shareholder lawyer letters. The lawyers confirmed TMM then owned ZERO rights to any Iterated technology. That included tech from any previous year. Go to court and read it, reality is a real beatch.

Know who hired the lawyers to go fight Iterated on behalf of the TMM shareholders? It was Panik. But Fernandez had lied about TMM COMPLETELY paying for tech rights. TMM was always good at making a payment or two then defaulting. That got them these nifty news releases and a new funding round or two before everybody found out.

Fernandez probably lied to the new guys too, so we can give them some slack for not knowing. Until last year when they got the information from the lawsuit. Now they know and are lying to all of us too, just like Fernandez. They are Fernandez 2.0. No better than him, just slicker and maybe not as stoned.
