At .0001 barely back from no bid she had killed it. She managed to do what numerous incarnations of the VIZS shell hadn't: from a defunct luxury charter aviation company, educational textbooks, organic waste company and other dubious businesses.
She came in touting that unlike THEM she had a "real business with real products," yet unlike the previous CEO's who'd understood that shareholders expected to benefit from investing their money, she sucked us dry with false promises and an arrogant sense of entitlement. What disgusts me the most about this woman is her haughtiness and pretentious PR's while treating the shareholders she has turned into paupers as too inferior to even take into account.
So KP clearly decided to R/S herself and change the name to her own.
By the time you get your shares back they may be a fraction of what they are today. Opened at .80c, now bid of .70, typically after these R/S the price keeps going down. Maybe we can buy in the low trips and try to ride it up to make up for some losses but personally I'd never hold/invest in this woman's stock, whatever befalls her will be karma and I won't be there a second time.
There was no announcement of the R/S even on brokerage sites, many allowed this disaster to be traded right upto and incl. 4/2.
