You are correct the bank is empty...which is why I am really curious to see how they pull off a dividend payment. It is possible they might do something with issuing additional stock to each investor as opposed to a typical cash payment. They have enough outstanding shares to work with...so who knows. Not saying that is what they do,...just and idea. Wait and see I guess!
