I agree with you, if 800 is dead , he does need to let us longs know about this , so we can move on, I remember going on the site early and there was doctors names and numbers. now it's comming soon??? Also when you send a email, it shows WestPalm beach office address after you send it says thank you with a Miami address, They can even figure out a business address.............
