some how the moral will come down do not lend, with out getting your shares, in your hand, because now it really comes down to what they signed, my guess is righ will have to pay the debt off 130 k , much better deal then the 800 million,shares righ- t, but either way both stocks will go up and down, thats one thing i am sure of
