A VISIT TO DALLAS ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS...

1. Just becuse the website has not been updated does not mean there has been no sales. So you think just because it is not updated that means no sales? Funny! If he sold 8,000 units in the first 4 years you think that all of a sudden orders just stopped. Real common sense would say that just did not happen. When I talked to Jim he did say that he has about $2.8 million in PO's to be filled. He has turned them all over to Water To Fuel Technology for them to build and distribute.

2. Why do you keep posting it cost $30,000 to move the business. I have not seen that posted anywhere in the PR's. That is something you have made up twice now. The advantages to moving the company is two fold.

First Jim is turning all mfg. over to PBHG's company Water To Fuel Techonolgy Inc. Read the PR, all mfg and world wide distribution will be done by Water To Fuel Techonology. Only made since for it do be done in Dallas. Mike Reed the new President of PBHG was a distributor and installer of Fuel From H2o HHO generators. If you go look under their distributors it has Mike Reed as a distributor in Texas. http://www.fuelfromh2o.com/distributors.php

Second since taxes are much cheaper in Texas then in GA only made since to mfg the units there. Also that is where Mike Reed lives, so why move him.

3. I have read the reviews by customers on the website. They all are very happy. Also I have read the test results. And there is a blog page out on the web that shows the results of the unit being used in Colorado. They were very happy with the results as well.

I'm an investor in this company and wanted to see the units for myself. I called Eddie Vakser Thursday and asked him if I could meet and talk to Jim. He said absolutely, come by Friday and you can meet with him. They did not let me go into the building where they were being built, Jim told me if I did he would make me glow in the daylight. Jim did bring out 2 units for me to look at. He answered all my questions, including that the future PO's are real, and that indeed he has turned over all manufacturing and world wide distribution to Water To Fuel Techonology. Jim said he should be done with training on building the units in about 3 weeks. He said things are going very well since Mike Reed already knew everything about the units. Mike and a 4 others are being taught by Jim on how to build the units.

They let me take a picture of 2 of the HHO generators they had completed. One was a small unit that goes on trucks and a larger unit that goes on semi-trucks or big tractors. Very nice units.

Small HHO Unit

This was the first unit they had just built.

Large HHO Unit

The units are all stainless steel and are very heavy. Small unit weighed about 20 pounds.

You are right this is the kind of conversation we should be having. These are real units not mason jars, with real orders, a real company, with real revenue, and real purchase orders. All my questions have been answered and I have seen the finished products. I seen all the proof I need to stay invested in this company.

Take care my friends,
Mike
