They don't lower the A/S.

The current A/S is 12 billion, if you divide this with 80, it's 150 million.

Ed lowered the A/S to 500 million. If you multiply with 80 it's a staggering 40 billion in the current situation.

Note : they can at any time start to increase the AS again.
