Lol are you serious dude? You do realize these are the pinksheets and these stocks are trading mostly at less than a penny right? Even a pack of gum is a dollar. Either you have a scewed view of reality or you must think this is the blue chips or something. If everything every company anticipated came to fruition than trading would be a no brainer. In the business world, there are always talks, intents, negotiations, and projections...that's how it all works. Most of the time, only a fraction of those events provide actual deals/results.
