The Registrant expects to report revenues for the year ended December 31, 2013 range of $2,600,000. Its revenues for the year ended December 31, 2012 were $2,788,174. The Registrant’s net loss for the year ended December 31, 2012, was $(494,055). The Registrant expects to report net income of $400,000 for the year ended December 31, 2013. The primary reasons for the significant change relates to costs to produce oil and gas year over year. We expect to receive our reserve study within the week.
