lol. LET ME REPEAT. Private trader's 99% CANNOT short otc stocks under 3.00. Only MM's can. Etrade scottrade NO. I also have Suretrader and they only do a very few and this isn't one. So read trading 101.... Qasp MM accumulation and will release again soon.
