1) i don't follow company or board as closely as you, so yes...saw your earlier post...and yes, forgot about it. no need for the sarcasm

2) the seller in question is listed on natcore site as a co-founder of the company. calhoun is thus not "just a director from afar"....

possible he just needs some $$ for other life reasons....we don't know....but without further info, it IS of concern when a major player in a company sells in size...

i have a call in to company IR to ask some questions about progress...and the above, while i'm at it...
