While I would love to share what I know, there are others on this board who could give you substantially more info than I could.

But here's my .02

This is a clean shell that was purchased and reinstated on March 19,2014.
It has 225,000,000 authorized, 25,000,000 issued and an outstanding float of only about 400,000!!

There will be a reverse merger/merger required. There have been links to HEMP Inc, who is located in Las Vegas, as is the shell company. But right now nobody knows. RIghtnow we are waiting on any news from the new company which will send the prices soaring. Just the slightest purchase of shares jumps the price up substantially. It's only a matter of time before some news gets out and the investors come a runnin' and we all enjoy the ride!

I'm sure others can contribute to what I've said, on weekends its pretty dead in here. ;)
