Really? Now we are discussing preferred shares as if this is some new concept?
Anyone scared by preferred shares should not invest in stocks, IMO. Anyone trying to make preferred shares seem big and bad... Really???? It is so commonly used that I can't believe that this is the new low on this board.

What is the big fear that the preferred shares are causing? There are so many rules regarding preferred shares that I don't understand why anyone should be scared.

Finally we get the new company name and this board looks for ways to be negative.
