There are also 2 other reasons........the drug may be cost prohibitive from the drug maker and the compound pharmacy may be able to make the same drug for less money and/or the drug company stopped making the drug or the cost of one's insurance has increased the purchase of the drug so much you may be able to buy it from compounding company for less. Yes...this is a hidden gem of revenue streams I was not anticipating when I first bought the stock and the CEO has once again shown his creativity in building this company and taking it to the next level.

I for one would like to see similar acquisitions and believe that in order to do the business in Tn. which is increasing every month and to do the business in the NJ compound company SCRC has had to increase it sales force. I think, in my opinion, the increase in the sales force is indicative of SCRC waiting for the green light to start marketing sales in the 5 or 6 other states mentioned in previous news releases to sell the generic and controlled substance drugs.
