Really, it depends if the company chooses not to dilute freely. In both of my stocks, the companies chose to keep the O/S stable and I have been very happy with the results. So don't be scared into selling. An R/S can be a positive as it reduces the O/S count and makes it more of an environment for long term holders as the flippers usually flee.
