Here's what Stewart said about retaining KEI

(and it was all about keeping investors informed)

Given, among other things, the failure of KEI to attract any analysts' comments or question at the recent conference call, and therefore raising the question as to whether any actually heard the great news regarding 2013 results, this press release, in retrospect, seems a bad joke.

From Business Wire 01/24/12 (Emphasis added)

CHDT Corporation (OTCBB: CHDO) (“Company”), an innovator focused on designing and manufacturing consumer lighting products for the North American and Latin American retail markets, announced that it has retained Kei Advisors LLC to enhance its investor relations program.

Stewart Wallach, CEO of CHDT Corporation, commented, “As we continue to demonstrate growth and our earnings potential, we believe that a well executed investor relations program will add value for our shareholders through the communication of our fundamentals and the relative progress of our business in 2012. Leveraging our growth should translate into strengthened earnings power, and we are well positioned to further our strategy to capitalize on our extensive operational and sales expertise. We would expect that a well articulated message directed at investors with the greatest propensity to appreciate the value we are creating, combined with solid financial and operational performance, will enhance our common stock value.”

In my opinion, KEI has not shown that they are fulfilling Stewart's mandate. I know that some of us now feel it necessary to contact analysts outside the bulletin board community to overcome this handicap (and it appears to be working) while others continue to spread the word on the boards themselves.
