Nobody is going to do a share buy back in a POS like this.

Why pay for shares when you can R/S and re issue for free.

They either already have a vast majority of commons or are going to dump the remaining AS into the market.

Chances of this being legitimate is exceedingly low.

Just a matter of if the pump and dump brings .001 or .01 as it's high. Big difference
