Titan is really concentrating on costs and keeping it below or equal to lap. SPORT will enable a robotic lap chole to be done quickly due to being one insertable component IMHO.
In the real world common bile injuries are very rare. It may be double but they are both a fraction of a percent. General surgeons trained in the the last 10 years have done lap choles vs open choles about 50 to 1. We only open for the worst possible cases, retained stones etc so I don't think it's not a fair comparison in today's world.
