2: ergo retires the rest cept about 500 mill or maybe a bill
3: we keep our shares in tack
4: pfno change ticker to ergo
4b:: that morning b-4 open
5: we open here in us matching ergo in the E/U, what ever that price is.
6: Sydney goes riding off into the sunset
