Hotstocked is actually very positive relatively considering that they tend to be critical of most companies they profile, usually emphasizing that they tend to have low cash reserves but that's NOT the case here with the partnership which is doing well financially.

Says shareholders "finally have something to cheer about" despite the dip or "correction" after such a huge run-up.

Main potential neg. is the increase of A/S which can cause dilution financing if used; on the OTHER HAND their filing states that this increase in A/S can serve as an "anti-takeover" weapon if exercised, so that officers could out-vote any new big shareholders. That is smart strategy. Offsets concern that the company will actually issue these shares near future: I read this as a weapon in their arsenal to use as needed, and since they claim to be well-financed via the partnership, I'm not expecting this to be used for toxic financing just to stave off hostile take-over. Anticipating the company will grow big enough near future to invite such a move.

Definitely a family affair with Robert Rositano as CEO and Secretary, and Dean Rositano (son?) as Pres and CTO. Stacy Rositano while not an officer collecting (large) salary as such, holds a number of preferred shares equal to Robert's and given the weighting of voting rights they can Dean essentially control the voting rights.

On the PLUS side the salaries fo the 2 principals while large for a small company @ $150,000 plus bonus, have bonus increases tied to increasing number of sign-ups starting at a million, which is very substantial as a goal. The previous CEO got a cool 1 MILLION bucks in salary and bonuses for 2012. Without performance benchmarks, geeze, not a bad gig for him. Company rehired previous CFO Garcia to serve as same, a sign of confidence.

IMO this has HUGE potential and has already made quite a splash;
anyone who got in on the dip will see a big bump and if you bought high I'd HOLD b/c selling now is foolish and we're likely to meet and exceed that high in near future with PR on financials.
