In the last PR, Easton sounded like they needed to finish the structure of the Reg A financing, and raise more cash before they could close on deals in Canada and the US.

Easton Pharmaceuticals has recently been successful at raising some financing. The company would like to close on medical marijuana initiatives in both Canada and the United States, which is conceivable if the company receives its additional committed financing as previously announced. The company is in the final stages of drafting and filing a registration statement for the purpose of raising up to $5,000,000.
