That's just it the truth was he was guilty of far worse so his lawyer had him plea to three lesser counts. Then NTEK rewarded his plea by giving him millions of share. Afterwards it bought an ice sculpturing company and made its owner the present CEO. Oh and it just happened to be his brother.
