Sorry, this comment from a guy with a blank FB page does not impress me.

Why in hell would FLPC triple their dilution 5 days before the conference? Sorry but unless FLPC comes out with some explosive news before or during the conference; no potential investor in their right mind would ever touch FLPC now.

Still holding all my shares sorry to say. FLPC has just a couple more days to convince me to stay, and I know I'm not the only one who is thinking this way.
